Her sessions are both therapeutic and restorative. Beyond her technical skills, Beth is personable, kind, and genuinely responsive. I've had multiple sessions with Beth L., both deep tissue massage and cranial sacral exceptional experiences always! She is patient, non-judgmental and very knowledgeable. Her presence is kind and she shows a genuine interest in making sure the session meets your needs. My fibromyalgia flare ups have lessened, due to my cranial sacral sessions and I leave feeling calm, relaxed, lighter and often more energized.
