About Us

Meet Elizabeth Lindgren
Licensed Therapist & Founder of Majec Therapy
My journey started back in 2000, I was burning the candle at both ends as a sous chef in a boutique patisserie, in Tarrytown,New York when I got diagnosed with cancer and it scared the crazy out of me. I met a massage therapist who specialized in Craniosacral Therapy and I was hooked.
I finally hung up my apron in 2016 started towards my massage license, which I received with honors, in 2017 from the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy, Westport Campus. Then I immediately emersed myself further studying deep tissue techniques, with Joe Muscolino. I as well received some training in oncology massage through the Tracey Walton Group in Boston Mass.
The big piece for me was my education through the Upledger Institute studying Cranial Sacral Therapy…a light touch therapy that focuses on the fascial system throughout the central nervous system. Great for stress, pain and anxiety management.
As a massage therapist I am 100 % dedicated to; listening to and understanding how the client perceives their discomfort. The environment I provide for a session is safe and without judgement. I believe, Bodywork is a first line of defense in your healthcare, and with that, resolving issues will take time and commitment. So I may ask you; what are you willing to give up or change in your daily routine, in order to bring your body back into balance.

What Our Customers Say About Us
Had a wonderful massage by Beth. So relaxing. Just what I needed!
Beth is an incredibly skilled and intuitive massage therapist. She brings a thoughtful, intentional approach to every session—always using just the right amount of pressure and technique based on what your body truly needs. I often come in with pain or tension in one area, and she has a remarkable ability to locate the actual source of the issue and release it with a combination of deep tissue work, targeted stretching, and energy work. Her sessions are both therapeutic and restorative. Beyond her technical skills, Beth is personable, kind, and genuinely responsive. She creates a safe, welcoming space where healing can really happen. The spa is clean and calming. Highly recommend both Beth and Pier Spa.
I've had multiple sessions with Beth L., both deep tissue massage and cranial sacral exceptional experiences always! She is patient, non-judgmental and very knowledgeable. Her presence is kind and she shows a genuine interest in making sure the session meets your needs. My fibromyalgia flare ups have lessened, due to my cranial sacral sessions and I leave feeling calm, relaxed, lighter and often more energized. I highly recommend Beth give yourself the gift of self care! Trust me, you won't be disappointed.
