ALL ABOUT ME
My journey started back in 2000, I was burning the candle at both ends as a sous chef in a boutique patisserie, in Tarrytown,New York when I got diagnosed with cancer and it scared the crazy out of me. I met a massage therapist who specialized in Craniosacral Therapy and I was hooked.
I finally hung up my apron in 2016 started towards my massage license, which I received with honors, in 2017 from the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy, Westport Campus. Then I immediately emersed myself further studying deep tissue techniques, with Joe Muscolino. I as well received some training in oncology massage through the Tracey Walton Group in Boston Mass.
The big piece for me was my education through the Upledger Institute studying Cranial Sacral Therapy...a light touch therapy that focuses on the fascial system throughout the central nervous system. Great for stress, pain and anxiety management.

As a massage therapist I am 100 % dedicated to; listening to and understanding how the client perceives their discomfort. The environment I provide for a session is safe and without judgement. I believe, Bodywork is a first line of defense in your healthcare, and with that, resolving issues will take time and commitment. So I may ask you; what are you willing to give up or change in your daily routine, in order to bring your body back into balance.
